While refreshments are being served, each person is singled out by the doctor in succession. After paying the requisite fee and signing the consent form, the Botox® treatment is administered either in a private room or in view of others.

While practitioners claim to find such Botox® parties very affordable to all concerned, there are a lot of critics of this method. Their primary concern being the need of a well controlled environment for any medical treatment. A lack of professionalism too, has many established practitioners frowning upon such a medium of treatment.
